PURE-AIR PA-1200FS-HP-IQ – industrial filtration system for CO₂, Fiber and UV lasers

PURE-AIR PA-1200FS-HP-IQ is an efficient smoke, dust and fume extractor designed primarily to work with large CO₂ laser plotters and other machines that generate significant amounts of contaminants during cutting and engraving. Thanks to an airflow of up to 1200 m³/h and a negative pressure of up to 9600 Pa the unit can effectively serve demanding production and workshop workstations.

The system performs well when processing materials such as acrylic, plastics, paper, cardboard, leather and derived materials, where the laser process can generate intense smoke, fine dust, odours and volatile contaminants. Using an extractor limits their spread in the room and keeps the workstation cleaner and more comfortable.

The PA-1200FS-HP-IQ is equipped with an efficient brushless fan system, ensuring stable air extraction even during intensive operation.

A maximum airflow of 1200 m³/h allows quick removal of smoke and dust from the processing area, while the high negative pressure of 9600 Pa helps maintain effective draught in the extraction installation.

As a result, the unit works well with larger CO₂ plotters, where the amount of contaminants generated is much greater than with small marking systems.

Four-stage air filtration

One of the most important advantages of the PURE-AIR PA-1200FS-HP-IQ is its multi-stage air purification system. The individual cartridges are responsible for capturing contaminants of different sizes and reducing some of the vapours and odours.

The system includes:

1. F5 pre-filter – captures larger dust particles and contaminants of approximately ≥ 5 µm,
2. F8 filter – responsible for capturing finer dust and smoke particles,
3. HEPA H14 filter – designed for very fine filtration of small particles,
4. gas filter – assists the adsorption of unpleasant odours and some volatile gaseous contaminants.

The declared efficiency of the system is ≥ 99.99% for 0.3 µm particles, and the filtration accuracy reaches ≥ 0.1 µm.

Protection of the workstation and laser machine

Effective contaminant extraction matters not only for operator comfort. Reducing the amount of smoke and dust in the working area also helps reduce the build-up of contaminants on laser machine components.

The standard extraction port with a diameter of 150 mm makes it easy to connect the unit to the plotter's ventilation installation. A further advantage is the possibility of remote control via a standard interface, which allows the extractor's operation to be integrated more conveniently with the laser machine.
