The Smart Laser range of laser equipment comprises state-of-the-art laser systems designed for professional use in industry, jewellery-making and the craft sector. Our range includes advanced laser technologies, such as CO₂ systems (both galvo scanners and plotters), fibre lasers for precision marking of metals, UV devices for working with delicate materials, as well as sheet metal cutting machines and laser cleaning machines for removing contaminants and coatings.
How do you choose the right laser machine? The decision should be based on several key parameters: the type of material you plan to process (wood, acrylic, metal, paper, leather), the intended application – whether it be engraving, marking, cutting or cleaning – and the scope of work and the required power of the machine. CO₂ lasers are excellent for working with organic and non-metallic materials, whilst fibre laser systems are ideal for marking and engraving metals (gold, silver, aluminium, steel). Laser cleaning machines are used to remove rust, tarnish and old paint coatings, whilst sheet metal cutting machines are an excellent solution for large-scale production.
Smart Laser equipment is characterised by high precision (repeatability down to 0.002 mm), high operating speed and reliability thanks to imported laser sources (SYNRAD, COHERENT), a long service life (up to 100,000 operating hours) and intuitive software in Polish. When choosing a machine, it is worth paying attention to its power (measured in watts), the working area available, the type of cooling system and the file formats supported by the machine (DXF, DWG, AI, CDR and others).
