Smart Laser UV in a closed enclosure with a rotary table is a professional system designed for precise marking of materials requiring exceptional quality and minimal thermal impact. UV technology is ideal for marking plastics, glass, metals, electronics, laminates and many temperature-sensitive materials, among others.

Due to the nature of UV radiation, adequate protection of the operator and surroundings is particularly important. High-power lasers operating as Class 4 devices can pose a hazard to the eyes and skin from both direct and reflected beams, which is why for industrial UV systems we recommend using a full protective enclosure and operating the machine as a Class I safety system.

The closed design of the Smart Laser UV limits access to the beam operating area during the marking process. The rotary table with a diameter of 80 cm allows safe and quick part changeover – while one product is being marked inside the machine, the operator can prepare the next one on the outer side of the table. This solution significantly increases series production efficiency.

The machine is also equipped with a CCD camera, which allows ongoing observation and control of the marking process without opening the working space.
