Why laser instead of torch soldering?
- Spot heat – energy reaches the weld joint while the rest of the piece heats minimally. Less risk of discolouration, deformation and damage to temperature-sensitive components.
- No solder – the joint is made from the piece material or wire of the same alloy, without solder of different composition and colour.
- Precision – working under a microscope allows welding elements that cannot be safely touched with a flame.
- Clean work – less grinding and polishing after repair, shorter client service time.
Which jewellery welding machine to choose?
60 W Jewellery Welding Machine
A compact welder for smaller workshops and repair shops. Sufficient for everyday work: clasps, chain links, loops, small joints and filling. The Ultra Mini model is air-cooled, so it does not require water system maintenance.
200 W Jewellery Welding Machine
Higher power and pulse energy (up to 40 J) means faster work with thicker elements and more repairs per day. 200 W models, including the Nd:YAG welder, are designed for intensive workshop and jewellery production work.

- Frequency – up to 10–15 Hz in our models; higher frequency means faster continuous weld.
