BOCHU MCD100 Manual Center Device is a modern diagnostic and calibration device designed for precise setting of the cutting laser head nozzle. It enables quick checking of the red dot position relative to the centre of the nozzle opening and significantly simplifies the head centring process.

Faster and more accurate head calibration

Correct nozzle centring is one of the important elements of preparing a laser head for work. The MCD100 allows the operator to observe the position of the red dot relative to the nozzle centre without time-consuming assessment by traditional methods.

If the dot is not in the centre, the device indicates its offset. The operator can then adjust the head position in the X-Y axis, observing the effect of the correction directly on the device screen.

As a result, the nozzle setting process is faster, more repeatable and less dependent on the operator's judgement.

Clear visualisation of the setting

The MCD100 system shows the current centring status in a simple way. The screen displays an image of the nozzle and the position of the red dot. Once the correct setting is achieved, the operator receives clear visual confirmation of correct centring.

The device also shows the offset values ΔX and ΔY, so corrections can be made with very high precision.
