Lenses for Fiber marking machines
Choose the right lens for your needs
The F-Theta lens is one of the most important components of a laser marking machine. It is responsible for the size of the working area, engraving precision and laser spot size, which directly affects the quality of the markings produced.
Each lens housing has a standard M85 x 1.0 thread to ensure compatibility with most laser marking systems.
Description
Choose the right lens for your needs
The F-Theta lens is one of the most important components of a laser marking machine. It is responsible for the size of the working area, engraving precision, laser spot size and its power, which directly affects the quality and power of the markings produced.
We offer lenses with various focal lengths, allowing the device to be adapted to precise jewellery engraving, as well as marking of large industrial parts.
How does an F-Theta lens work?
Choosing the right focal length is a compromise between the size of the marking area and the precision and power achieved.
- A shorter focal length provides a smaller working area, more power, greater accuracy and a smaller laser spot.
- A longer focal length allows larger items to be marked, but the spot diameter is larger, which affects the accuracy of engraved details.
This makes it possible to perfectly match the device configuration to a specific application.
Which lens to choose?
100 mm lens
Ideal for the most precise work:
- jewellery,
- cutting Ag, Au,
- very small parts.
The highest precision and smallest laser spot, plus high power.
163 mm lens
The most versatile solution:
- wedding bands,
- rings,
- watches,
- rating plates,
- tools,
- machine parts,
- small production runs.
A great compromise between accuracy and working area size.
254 mm lens
For marking larger surfaces:
- housings,
- larger steel parts,
- panels,
- advertising items.
- mugs, thermoses and other promotional gadgets
330 mm lens
Large working area:
- large plates,
- device housings,
- structural elements,
- large-format markings.
420 mm lens
The largest available working area:
- large anodised and oxidised plates,
- device housings,
- structural elements,
- large-format plastic markings.
Why is lens selection so important?
A properly selected lens makes it possible to:
- achieve the highest engraving quality,
- increase marking speed,
- match the working area to the dimensions of the part,
- improve the readability of QR and Data Matrix codes,
- produce very fine lettering and precise graphics.
Compatibility
The lenses are designed to work with laser marking machines Fiber, equipped with scanning heads (Galvo). They are ideal for industry and the advertising, jewellery, electronics and automotive sectors.
Thanks to the wide range of focal lengths, you can configure the marking machine exactly to your needs – from jewellery micro-engraving to marking of large industrial parts.

What our clients say
5 (231)Profesjonalna i kompleksowa obsługa klienta na najwyższym poziomie.
