The PA 300TS – IQ and PA 500TS – IQ series extraction and filtration units with two extraction pipes work perfectly with small lasers such as the Smart Laser Fiber 20/30/50W or smaller CO2 lasers such as the Smart Laser CO2 Galvo. These small, portable units have a turbine and a multi-filter system, which ensures excellent effectiveness in removing fumes, harmful gases and unpleasant odours generated during the marking and engraving of items made of metal, plexiglass, rubber, plywood, wood, etc.
The smoke filtration efficiency here is approx. 99.7%.

Suitable for filtering fumes, collecting dust and odours for lasers during cutting / engraving / marking of metals, non-metals, etc. The machine is compact in size. It also features a low noise level. The PA 300 TS – IQ and PA 500 TS – IQ series extraction and filtration units work perfectly with small lasers such as the Smart Laser Fiber 20/30/50W or smaller CO2 lasers such as the Smart Laser CO2 Galvo. The filtration system is equipped with a modern single-phase brushless motor powered at 230 V / 50 Hz. The intuitive control panel allows smooth adjustment of the rotational speed, so the airflow capacity can be precisely matched to current operating conditions.
Brushless technology ensures quiet operation, smooth running, maintenance-free use and an exceptionally long service life. A specially designed airflow system maintains optimum pressure and suction capacity, effectively capturing smoke, dust, vapours and harmful gases directly at their source.
At the heart of the system is a multi-blade turbine made of a high-strength metal alloy and professionally dynamically balanced. This guarantees stable, quiet and reliable operation even during intensive, many-hour use, eliminating the risk of vibration and impeller deformation.
The unit is equipped with a modern, intuitive control panel with an LCD display, designed for maximum convenience and safety of use. The clear interface allows quick configuration of operating parameters and constant control over system operation.
The LCD display shows the most important information in real time, such as:
- fan speed,
- current airflow,
- selected performance level,
- unit operating status.
To ensure trouble-free operation, the system is equipped with an intelligent filter condition monitoring function. If contamination or clogging of the filter element is detected, a flashing alarm message appears on the LCD display and an audible signal informs the user that the filter needs to be cleaned or replaced. As a result, the unit always operates with the highest filtration efficiency and optimum performance.
