Protective enclosure with guide rollers and a built-in fan has been designed specifically for portable fibre laser marking machines. The solution retains the greatest advantage of a mobile marking machine – the ability to work directly on large parts – while increasing the machine's functionality and operator safety.

The standard working area of the marking machine is 100 × 100 mm. Thanks to the guide rollers, the head can be moved smoothly over the surface of the marked part, enabling longer lettering, serial numbers, technical markings and other marking that extends beyond a single laser working field.

Guide rollers – marking larger surfaces

The roller system allows the marking machine to be guided conveniently over the surface of the workpiece. This is particularly useful when marking large steel structures, machines, housings, tanks, profiles, production parts and other componentsthat, because of their size, cannot be placed in a traditional stationary marking machine.

The operator can mark one area and then move the machine precisely to the next position. This significantly extends the capabilities of the mobile fibre laser and allows markings larger than standard 100 × 100 mm.

Certified OD 4+ protective glass

The marking zone is fully shielded with certified OD 4+ class protective glass. The design limits direct access to the laser beam working area while allowing the operator to monitor the marking process.

The closed enclosure design increases the comfort and safety of using a mobile fibre laser marking machine, especially when working directly on large parts on the production floor or at the installation site.

Built-in fan

The enclosure is also equipped with a fan, which helps remove smoke and contaminants generated during laser marking. It limits their accumulation inside the enclosure, improves visibility of the working area and helps protect the machine's optics from contamination.

The design has been prepared with mobile work in mind, so fitting and removing the enclosure is quick and simple. The operator can make the marking machine ready for work in a short time, and the rollers make it easy to move over the marked surface.
