Precise laser cleaning in a compact design
Smart Laser 300W Pulsed Laser Cleaning Machine is a modern machine designed for accurate and controlled surface cleaning. Pulsed technology allows the laser energy to be concentrated on the contaminant layer being removed, so the machine can be used wherever not only productivity but also process precision matters.
The pulsed laser is particularly effective at removing corrosion, oxides, paints, varnishes, deposits, oils, greases, process residues and other surface layers. The machine documentation also lists applications such as injection mould cleaning, graffiti removal, wood restoration and soot removal.
Unlike traditional mechanical methods, the process does not require sand or other abrasive materials, which reduces the amount of waste generated during work.
Air cooling – greater mobility
One of the most important features of this version of the cleaning machine is the use of air cooling. There is no need for an extensive water cooling system or for handling coolant.
As a result, the machine remains compact and mobile. The net weight of the 300W model is approximately 57 kg, and the housing is equipped with castors and handles that make it easy to transport and position the machine at the workstation.
This solution works well both in a production plant and during service work and services carried out at various locations.
2D laser head – 13 cleaning modes
The cleaning machine is equipped with a fourth-generation two-axis 2D laser head. The system allows you to choose one of 13 scanning patterns, so the way the beam is guided can be matched to the shape of the part and the type of work being carried out.
Available patterns include linear, rectangular, circular, spiral, sinusoidal and rotary.
The scanning range is 0–300 mm and is continuously adjustable, allowing a narrower beam to be used for precise cleaning of small parts or the working width to be increased when working on larger surfaces.
Manual and automatic operation
The Smart Laser 300W can be used as a conventional handheld laser cleaning machine, but the machine has also been prepared for automated operation.
The built-in automation interface allows the machine to be integrated with robots, cobots, linear axes and dedicated automated cleaning workstations.
This allows one machine to be used both for flexible work carried out by an operator and for repeatable production processes.
