Smart Laser FL-T6024 MAX tube and profile laser cutting machine
Smart Laser FL-T6024 is an industrial fibre laser cutting machine for precise and efficient cutting of tubes and profiles with a working length of up to 6250 mm. The machine is equipped with a semi-automatic loading system, 4-metre Follow-Up unloading with follow-up support and a BEVEL ±45°function, enabling angled cuts, bevels and edge preparation for further technological processes. The clamping range for square profiles is 20 × 20–200 × 200 mm, and high accuracy and repeatability make the machine ideal for series production. The system design also allows the end scrap to be reduced to approximately 60–70 mm for straight cutting and approximately 100 mm for cutting with the BEVEL function. The customer can choose the laser source power variant according to the type and thickness of the material and the required production output.

BEVEL ±45° angled cutting – preparing the part during cutting
One of the key advantages of the Smart Laser FL-T6024 cutting machine is the BEVELfunction, i.e. the ability to laser cut tubes and profiles at an angle. The cutting head can tilt within a range from -45° to +45°, so the machine performs not only standard perpendicular cuts, but also precise chamfers, bevels and edges prepared directly for subsequent welding. This makes it possible to reduce or completely eliminate additional processing on grinders, milling machines or other preparation stations. After cutting, the part can immediately be better prepared for the next production stage, which shortens lead time, reduces the number of technological operations and improves the repeatability of edge preparation. The BEVEL function is particularly valuable in the production of steel structures, frames, machines, pipe installations and wherever precise joints of tubes and profiles at a specific angle are required.
Follow-Up material unloading – follow-up support
Smart Laser FL-T6024 has been equipped with a 4-metre Follow-Up unloading system, which supports the tube or profile on the output side during the cutting process. The follow-up support moves together with the processed part, helping to keep long profiles in a stable position and limiting their uncontrolled bending during processing. This is particularly important for long and heavier parts, where proper material support affects process stability and the convenience of unloading finished parts.
Minimal material waste
The design of the clamping system makes it possible to limit the final profile offcut to a short length. With standard straight cutting the final offcut is approximately 60–70 mm, while when using the BEVEL function, approximately 100 mmshould be assumed. As a result, the machine allows efficient use of material and reduction of losses, which is particularly important in series production and when processing more expensive profiles.
