Smart Print ONE-PASS X800 is a modern industrial digital printing system designed for fast and economical packaging personalisation. The machine allows full-colour printing directly on paper bags, cartons, boxes, food packaging and many other absorbent materials.

Technology Single Pass means that the product passes under the print unit only once. The heads remain in a fixed position and printing is carried out while the material moves continuously. This achieves much higher efficiency than traditional printers, in which the head makes multiple passes over the product.

High-resolution CMYK printing

The system uses industrial HP print heads and thermal inkjet technology. The maximum resolution is as high as 1200 × 1200 dpi, which allows reproduction of fine lettering, logos, graphics, product markings and visual identity elements.

The printer operates in a CMYK – Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Blackconfiguration, allowing attractive, multi-colour prints to be produced directly on the product.

Ideal for paper bags and cartons

Smart Print ONE-PASS is used wherever fast printing on finished or semi-finished packaging is required.

No dies or printing plates required

One of the greatest advantages of digital printing is the ability to start production without preparing dies, screens or printing plates. The graphic design is sent directly to the machine.

This makes it economical to carry out series production as well as short runs and single, personalised orders.

Changing the design does not require machine changeover – you can quickly switch from one design to the next.

Automatic material feeding

The system can be equipped with an automatic feeder, which picks up successive items and passes them to the printing section. The solution reduces the need for manual handling and allows the machine to be used in series packaging production.

Material transport is automatic, so printing can be carried out continuously and repeatably.

Personalisation and short-run production

Digital technology opens up completely new possibilities for packaging manufacturers. Different graphics, lettering, numbers, markings or designs prepared for specific customers can be printed on successive products.
