Laser Welding Machines
Laser welding machines join metals faster and cleaner than arc methods – with narrow welds, minimal material distortion and no grinding after welding. We offer handheld 4-in-1 laser welders, air-cooled mobile units, robotic solutions for production lines and precision jewellery welding machines. From 4 083 € excl. VAT.

Why laser welding instead of TIG and MIG?
- Speed – laser welding is significantly faster than arc methods, even 4–5 times faster than TIG. Shorter cycle times per part mean higher production throughput.
- Narrow heat-affected zone – the beam concentrates energy at a single point, so thermal distortion is minimal. Thin sheets and profiles remain flat.
- Clean, aesthetic weld – minimal spatter and smooth weld appearance. In many cases, grinding, polishing and chemical cleaning are eliminated.
- Lower operating costs – consumables (wire, nozzles, gas) are around 30–40% cheaper, and modern laser sources consume less energy.
- Easier to operate – handheld laser welding can be mastered by a beginner much faster than TIG, which requires extensive welder training.
Types of Laser Welding Machines
Handheld 4-in-1 Laser Welders
The most popular choice for workshops and manufacturing facilities. One machine welds, cuts thin sheets and cleans surfaces, and depending on the model includes an automatic wire feeder. Power ratings from 1500 to 3000 W handle black steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other metals. View industrial laser welding machines.
Mobile Laser Welding Machines
Compact, air-cooled welders that move easily to the production floor, job site or customer location – no separate water cooling unit required.
Robotic Welding
For production lines we offer welders integrated with robotic arms, collaborative welding robots and automatic 5-axis welders. Consistent welds and continuous operation where productivity matters.
Jewellery Welding Machines
Benchtop laser welders for gold, silver, platinum and other precious metals – for jewellery repair, joining fine components and prosthetic work. Energy is focused at the weld point, so heat to surrounding areas is minimal. View jewellery welding machines.
Safe Operation
Laser welding requires eye protection from laser radiation. We supply auto-darkening welding helmets designed for laser welding.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a laser welding machine cost?
Laser welding machine prices in our range start from 4 083 € excl. VAT. Price depends on power output, features (such as wire feeder, cutting and cleaning functions) and level of automation. We will prepare a quote for your production needs.
What metals can be welded with laser?
Laser welding machines weld black steel, stainless steel, aluminium and many other metals, while jewellery models also handle gold, silver and platinum.
What does a 4-in-1 laser welding machine mean?
It is a handheld laser welder that in addition to welding cuts thin sheets and cleans surfaces, and depending on the model works with an automatic wire feeder – one machine instead of several.
Is laser welding difficult to learn?
No. Handheld laser welding can be mastered by a beginner much faster than TIG welding. We will help with machine setup and parameter selection.
Do you provide service for laser welders?
Yes. We provide service and technical support for laser welding machines. Contact us and we will select the right welder for your parts.
