Smart Laser 2000W MAX Photonics NS15 has been developed as a laser source for professional, robotic and automated welding workstations. Unlike conventional handheld laser welding machines, the configuration with the NS15 head is intended primarily for installations in which the head is moved by an industrial robot, cobot, manipulator or multi-axis system.
At the heart of the machine is a fibre laser source MAX Photonics MFSC-2000C with a power of 2000 W. Power of this class allows fast welding of parts made of carbon steel, stainless steel and selected aluminium alloys, among others. Fibre technology provides a high concentration of energy at the processing point, making it possible to produce narrow and precise welds with a limited heat-affected zone.

NS15 head – a solution for automation
Application NS15 laser head allows the system to be used as part of a complete production workstation. The head design allows it to be mounted on a robot and guided precisely along a programmed trajectory.
This solution works particularly well in series production, where the most important factors are repeatability, parameter stability and short cycle time per part. The robot can repeat the same welding path many times while maintaining process parameters that would be difficult to maintain during manual work.
MAX Photonics 2000W source
The MAX Photonics MFSC-2000C used in the machine is an industrial 2000 W fibre laser source. The system has been designed to work as part of a technological workstation, and the source and other components are housed in a mobile industrial enclosure.
The machine is also equipped with dedicated water cooling system, responsible for maintaining the correct temperature of the source and optical system components during operation.

Built for industrial robots
The Smart Laser 2000W NS15 can form the basis of a complete welding cell. The system can be integrated with, among other things:
- 6-axis industrial robots,
- cobots,
- rotary tables and positioners,
- linear axes,
- automatic positioning fixtures,
- part feeding systems,
- production lines,
- dedicated welding workstations.
As a result, the workstation configuration can be tailored both to one specific product and to the production of many different parts.

5 (231)Profesjonalna i kompleksowa obsługa klienta na najwyższym poziomie.
